Mantras

‘We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.’ Our consciousness is eternal and ancient; it contains all the wisdom in itself in seed form. Mantra chanting facilitates in mobilising that spiritual knowledge of who we are by reverberating the cells with the vibrations of the chants. The high frequency vibrations of the chants not only cleanse the mind and consciousness of the person who chants them but also alleviate the energy of his surroundings thereby healing the entire vibrational field. Chanting regulates chronic stress and tension and balances the nervous system and soothes people in today’s hyper-stimulated lifestyle. These Vedic chants in Sanskrit are very powerful and should initially be chanted in the presence of a qualified yoga teacher.

We at Panchtattva focus primarily on the Maha-mantras which are easy in recital and give maximum benefits.
