Prenatal Yoga

To ensure that expectant mothers enjoy the bliss of carrying a new life, yoga helps them to prepare their mind and body for this new and important role. Mantra chanting and breathing techniques coupled with meditations bring peace, calmness and a sense of spiritual bliss to the mother and her baby.

The prime aim is strengthening the thigh muscles and flexing vaginal muscles for an easy dilution which facilitates normal pregnancy.
