Private Consultations and Sessions

We offer private consultation and counselling sessions to our clients. There are many personal, family, professional issues that people come to us for. Sometimes a mere simple manner of discussing the peripheral causes of distress brings them the awareness of the core issue. Our healer then works on the information provided and advises the appropriate healing method to bring relief to the clients. The duration and frequency of consultation sessions depend on the severity and complexity of the issue involved.


Yoga is a Sanskrit word which means ‘union’. It is the discipline of merging the individual consciousness to the Divine mind. It is a holistic approach of uniting the body, mind and spirit. Yoga is an ancient Indian practice based on the principles of Yogasutras, an ancient text on the discipline given by philosopher and guide, Maharishi Patanjali. The discipline has 8 limbs namely Yama (abstinence), Niyam (rules), Asana (physical posture), Pranayam (breathing techniques), Pratyahara (detachment), Dharana (focused concentration), Dhyan (meditation) and Samadhi (blissful absorption of the individual with the Universal). In modern times, Yoga has been only associated with asanas (physical postures) which only makes up for one of the eight limbs of this divine discipline.
